About Whitestown
Named for Albert S. White, a U.S. Senator from Indiana, Whitestown was laid out in 1851 when the railroad was extended through. That railroad, running right through historic downtown Whitestown, is now the Big Four Rail Trial connecting Zionsville and Lebanon, acting as a focal point of the walk-ability-focused Legacy Core revitalization plan. That Historical Downtown area, with all of the original charm and character of a mid-1800's village, is where 500 Sycamore, LLC sets its focus.

Bold Plans + Old Charm
Whitestown, Indiana is a town on the move. Whitestown has been the fastest growing community in the state of Indiana for nine consecutive years and is attracting new employers in droves.
The town has done an excellent job planning and preparing infrastructure to support this rapid growth. While our love is for the Legacy Core area, the town as a whole has grand and exceptional plans for its development. |
